Jasura Detailing Collective provides mobile vehicle detailing services in Calgary and surrounding service areas. Services may include interior detailing, exterior detailing, full detailing, add-ons, and related vehicle care services based on the package selected.

Service availability, package inclusions, pricing, and timing may vary depending on vehicle type, condition, location, weather, and appointment availability.

3. Booking & Appointment Requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until it has been confirmed by JDC. We may contact you to verify your vehicle details, service location, package selection, timing, and any special requirements before confirming the appointment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, vehicle information, service address, parking instructions, and any relevant access details before the appointment.

The vehicle should be accessible at the confirmed appointment time. Personal belongings, valuables, important documents, and fragile items should be removed before service begins.

5. Vehicle Condition & Service Results

Detailing results may vary depending on the age, condition, material, previous care, stains, odours, pet hair, salt buildup, scratches, paint condition, and overall wear of the vehicle.

While we aim to deliver careful and professional results, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, odours, scratches, defects, contamination, or long-term wear.

6. Pricing & Additional Charges

Prices shown on the website may be starting prices and can vary based on vehicle size, condition, selected package, add-ons, location, excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, heavy staining, or other service requirements.

Any additional charges will be communicated before the extra work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

7. Payments

Payment is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking or service completion. We may require a deposit, full payment, or payment confirmation before or after the appointment depending on the service type.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Short-notice cancellations, missed appointments, or inaccessible vehicles may be subject to cancellation fees or deposit forfeiture where applicable.

JDC may reschedule appointments due to unsafe working conditions, severe weather, equipment issues, staff availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Weather & Mobile Service Conditions

As a mobile detailing business, service completion may depend on weather, lighting, parking space, safe working access, and site conditions. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or reschedule service if conditions are not suitable or safe.

10. Damage, Pre-Existing Issues & Liability

Customers must inform JDC of any known vehicle issues before service begins, including loose trim, damaged upholstery, electrical problems, leaks, weak paint, aftermarket parts, or fragile components.

JDC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, or issues that become visible during or after cleaning.

11. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. JDC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or discarded items left inside the vehicle unless caused by proven negligence.

12. Photos & Service Documentation

We may take photos or videos of vehicles before, during, or after service for quality control, documentation, training, marketing, or portfolio purposes.

We aim to avoid displaying personal information such as licence plates, addresses, or identifying customer details without consent.

13. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, or use the website in a way that could affect its security or performance.
